SPRING BENEFIT 2018
Thank you for supporting Hunter College Elementary School (HCES). Donations and funds from the community are vital to making our annual auction a great success.
Your contributions will go directly to enriching the lives of our students by funding critical educational resources.
Our 28th Annual Spring Benefit will take place on May 4, 2018 and we would sincerely appreciate your support by making a donation of goods, services, unique experiences (vacations, backstage tours, lunch with a sought after guest) - or even a cash donation to underwrite a special part of the event.
Your support will be recognized through our website and through other event materials and electronic communications. So that we can best prepare to include our donors in our event publication, we are requesting that all donations be submitted by March 9, 2018. To specify the details of your donation, you may:
- PRINT a copy of our donation form to complete and send; and
- MAIL in donation materials, such as a voucher, gift certificate/card or other item to the mailing address found below; OR
- EMAIL donation form to email@example.com if no additional materials (certificate/voucher or physical item) will be included.
